Currently, if you are lying down and are drug over ice, you slip and your stun is extended. Cyborgs can not slip. As such, cyborgs can lay down some ice, pull somebody onto it, and then just run around in circles with them to keep them stunned forever. This assumedly applies to anyone who can't slip pulling anyone who can, and could probably use fixing.
