Just a few things I came up with a while back, nothing major or complex.
A hood to go with the paramedic suit. Would spawn alongside the paramedic suits. Stats would be like a biohood, but with better heat/cold resistance. Appearance would be similar to the bio hoods, but smaller(similar in size to the hood on a hoodie) and with the paramedic suit's colors and a yellow faceplate.
- Armored Biohoods/Paramedic Hoods
Similar to how you can combine biosuits or paramedic suits with armor vests, you should be able to shove a helmet inside a bio hood or paramedic hood to get an armored bio hood or paramedic hood.

I like the idea of a paramedic hood or hat, I feel like an oversuit like that should have a corresponding hat. The closest thing to that currently would be the hard hat. If you drew up a sprite for the paramedic hood that would be easier to add.
I'm not so sure about thearmour added to the paramedic suit though.
