Through a combination of in-game testing and looking at existing bug reports, I have found out that the problem with changeling limbcritters is not about projectiles like I and many others suspected, but rather that they are completely immune to burn damage. I do not know how this happened or why but it should be fixed immediately, both because it makes limbcritters really overpowered and because it is pretty well-established in lore that changelings are weak to fire.

im assuming thats one of the "existing bug reports" mentioned, especially since the threads conclusion is "well it was because the projectile flew over"
