I learned on the discord that the titular "youshouldneverseemium" only appears when something fails to initialize, so I figured I'd make a bug report.
I only ever find it by heating large amounts of unstacked (of course) miracle matter at once, and then putting it into the material processor. Although, I am unsure as to when it appears; either heating the large amounts of miracle matter causes "youshouldneverseemium miracle matter" to appear, or just putting some of the miracle matter in the processor causes it to turn into the invalid bars.
EDIT: I think I have figured out the ACTUAL reason it appears- it seems to me that, if you load a material with no processed form (such as a regular rock) into the processor from a crate (usually when loading industrial crates that have materials), it creates a separate stack of 1 bar each for each rock that enters the processor, which would be 2 for normal abandoned crates.
