Yeah, this is a good idea. Would also be a good way for promising HoS players to take another step up the responsibility ladder.

Howdy! I'd love to participate as a DM again; but it's been a while since I've played because I got a job; how would you be determining community standing in that respect?

I'm sure that several admins can vouch for my responsibly demonstrated with up to PA (and even SG once) level permissions back when I was running Urs Dungeon, but I'm not sure if I'd be welcome to come back just for this

I think it would still be a good idea to create a sub-forum for people to plot their ideas out and get admin feedback on it, so when someone does want to run a event, they can get an acting admin to check that thread for the event they want to run.
