if someone uses their wrestling belt and its taken off and someone else puts it on, those same cooldowns from that guy apply to the person who puts it on next

whenever you put on a wrestling belt the cooldowns should reset to as if you just used all of them so you cant like suddenly put on a belt and kill all then take it off and walk away

edit: by should reset i meant that is what is meant to happen right now

I imagine it's to stop people using all the abilities then re-equipping the belt to skip the cooldowns, just have them on the belt itself.
