Minor Bar equipment isn't controlled by bar APC

If you turn off equipment at the bar apc, nothing happens to the computers or chem dispensers. If you turn off everything at the bar apc, the correct lights turn off, that's it. The bar equipment doesn't seem to be controlled by nearby apc's either, such as the kitchen, bar office, or catering maint apc
