basically is a glorified iv bag that you put in your head slot. it could just be someone copy/pasting iv drip code onto a cool looking hat, but i do not know an ounce on how to code. to counter the amount of nerds that will fill it with healing chems and live forever, either a slower rate of transfer, or a smaller capacity, but ideally a combination of the two.
