Cannot refill Robotics charging stations with Welding Fuel.

Someone dragged the fuel tank over because it was a hectic round where the Cyborgs were under attack, And they requested fuel, as one of the stations was empty. Anyway, I grabbed a beaker, filled it with fuel, and tried to refill the station. It told me "It would be useless because blah blah the beaker is empty!" It also made me splash it onto the station instead of filling it. I think this may have something to do with splashing it and therefore registering it as empty.

I tried a Drinking Glass and the little Oil can too, Both splashed.
