Alert - Condition Red needs to show who pressed it.

See title, people have been pressing it for shits and giggles and it'd be neat if we could at least get the alert say who triggered it.

It also needs a cooldown, maybe 7-8 minutes for each emergency press.

It might also need to prevent the AI from pressing it.

I don't understand why it turns all the lights off

Because when you're trying to hunt an enemy to the station the first thing you do is turn off all the lights.... right???? RIGHT??... Yeah no I very much dislike this button.

We should get those old red emergency lights back and have the button switch from the normal lighting system to the emergency lights.

Also maybe put some sort of credential based lock on the button. Maybe tie it into the authorization disk.

Erik, the flashing party-lights absolutely everywhere would be unbelievably annoying.

I'd be okay with red lights as long as you can like, actually see.

Didn't they kinda pulse before?

Not according to the code.

Actually, that could work, just have the overlay be one colour instead of flashing rainbow like that and it wouldn't be that bad and you would still be able to see

Can't we have the emergency lights go off IN ADDITION to keeping the lights on? Like, you'd hear the general alarm, walk out into the hall, and see a bunch of spinny red lights going off in preparation for the end.
