Wheeled shoes should have momentum, like segways

If that's the case then clown probably shouldn't get knocked down by hitting someone, or at least should have a safety helmet to reduce stuns.

Mostly because I kinda want people to run out of the way when the clown is barreling down the hallway at full speed.
