Goon Station in Wine (Linux)

I'm currently running Linux on my PC and can get BYOND to work with Winetricks. I would like to play Goon Station, but I'm getting an issue where most of the tiles are rainbow colored. I heard that the fancy lighting had an issue under Wine, but I recently heard of a possible fix in the IRC channel.

I've installed DirectX9 and deleted game cache, but would like to know if there are any other hotfixes or ways to fix the color issue in Goon Station for Wine. Thanks for your time.

I think the problem may be that you need Direct X 10.

I'm trying that out as we speak and will update this post if it works.


Edit: It seems to stuck in loading (Loading game information), but I'll see what to do.

Edit again: Its working again, but I'm still getting the color issue, even though I installed Direct X 10 via winetricks. I may try installing the full Direct X 10 library
