Destiny aviary has no APC, and seems to be powered by magic

Either that or I'm insane. Even with stationwide power outages from a power sink it stayed on, and as an AI I've looked at every tile behind trees by rightclicking and all throughout the forward section of the ship for an APC and haven't found it. It's not controlled by the hallway's APC right next to it either as far as I can tell. If I'm just going crazy and all this is coincidence, and there is an APC, lock the thread, but I'm not too sure.

There are quite a few light switches that are either missing completely or power on/off multiple rooms on Destiny as well.
