Change AI mood panels to AI core colour

This is simple enough. The AI panels that display mood stay blue even if the core has changed its color. Allowing them to change as well would add a little extra flavour, like the panels stationwide flipping to red as the AI is subverted and gets into character, that sort of thing.

Yeah the AI screens around station don't have enough play, plus you should be able to put text messages on them or something
