I made a patch that allows papers to be stapled together into booklets.
The procedure:
When reading a booklet, there's a control menu above the actual page you're on with buttons (read: html links) for navigating and modifying the pages, as well as a page indicator.
Booklets have custom sprites (thin and thick), but they're basically stacked versions of the existing paper icon with added 2-pixel staples.

The procedure:
- Have a stapler in hand.
- Pick up a piece of paper and use it on another one.
- The papers will be stapled together into a booklet, the one in hand at the back. This will require the use of a staple.
- Additional papers can be added at the back of the booklet through the same procedure.
