The storage slots that appear when you look in backpacks or boxes won't let you pick up the item by clicking the slot like it does with your inventory. I don't really know why this has never been added. To clarify, these are the storage slots that I mean:

To pick up, say, the water bottle in there, your cursor has to click the actual sprite for the water bottle, not just the slot. It's not so much a problem for larger items, but it is somewhat annoying when you try to pick up a crowbar or something like wires.
