Not knowing what Enthrall is when 3 other posters know what it is by looking at it doesn't instill me with confidence that it needs to be changed.
I will however alter it, although i'm not entirely too sure how to make then more pointy, they're already quite the pointy.

Mist form looks like cloak of darkness.

As in Cloak of Darkness the genetic mutation button? As far as I can recall, that is a grey blob with some fade into a purple background. There only similarity between the two is that they both have a grey shape in the bottom right corner. Besides that, I am going to make a Cloak of Darkness button for this, so it will be easy to distinguish between the two.

The Batphone.
I'm still not entirely too sure how this would be coded, but it should work like a two way comms device with another red telephone situated somewhere on the station.

The idea is that if someone picks up the telephone, the other telephone would ring. The person can pick up the handset and talk to the other person, whoever that person may be. The handset then is to be placed down on the phone, lest if you walk away the handset be yanked out of the base, similar to IV bags!
Could be scannable. Lord knows mechanics need more fun things to scan.

Maybe not the mutants scalp, but the tiara/half crown could be of some use.
There's a reason I didn't do any "on the floor" sprites, and that's not because it's not necessary anymore due how byond is now able to rotate things, but because when killed the martian gibs rather dramatically leaving bits of his body to be scavenged. Bits of martian pieces can be grafted onto people similar to wendigo arms. It allows for interesting shit such as people being able to have martian powers, and use martian weapons. That's the idea anyway.
