Basically a random event where CRAZY DEALS drop the prices on several crates, giving QM the perfect means to buy a lot of crap and resell it, and get the crew to buy crap from QM or break in for 50 dollar alcohol crates. Unlike the QM sellers and buyers, this event is a bit more like the merchant shuttles where everyone knows it's occurring.
