Here it goes:
While on fire, you should be able to grab someone to set them on fire also. Spread the flames through blazing hugs!
The stronger the grab on someone, the longer they will be set on fire!
We could also add a way to spread flames around by bumping into people and/or touching flammable stuff while on fire!

do this and let people coat themselves on thermite as a defense
so someone fire hugs you and accidentally douses themselves in thermite

You'd also need to consider that actually doing helpful things, such as grabbing/pulling a flaming person to safety, would probably be made more difficult if this system is implemented. Maybe give people in fire suits immunity to interacting with people who are on fire, or at the very least a heavy resistance, so people caught in a douse of hellfire can be dragged to safety.
