Turbo-snipping

If you use wirecutters in your hand, you get a little emote in which you snip the wirecutters and make a little snip noise. The only problem is that this emote has no cooldown, meaning that you can singlehandedly flood the chat just by spamming the Page Down key.

Same as spamming messing with a glowstick or snapping. Totally intended.

I'm fairly sure an exception had to be added to make this possible. Its not like it lags anyone, its just a harmless joke.
