Random event blob acceptance timer

No more AFK random event blobs!

have rolling random event blob pop up a confirmation box to accept or deny the chance to play as it with a 2 minute timer. if the timer runs out, or the person chosen clicks "deny", have it randomly pick some other person from the pool of possibilities. This way people who are AFK, disconnected, or otherwise dont want to play as a blob dont end up getting random event blobs and we get to see more of them spicing up rounds.

I don't know how gooncode looks like, but this would be super easy to do, just loop trough all observers, give them a popup each and toss those into a list() and then randomly pick one from the list that has clicked yes.

Please add a noise that accompanies the message! It would let AFK players come back if they wanted to blob.

Love the idea. I like to hang in rounds and go braindead if nothing is happening, so I've been a AFKbleb more times than I'd like to admit. It's always sad to see blob go to my braindead self instead of somebody active.

Don't most servers have a noise that plays whenever an admin message is sent to a player?

I don't know what it sounds like, I've about it from being on /r/ss13 telling stories or jokes involving an admin "bwoink".
