QM & Trader Offers

To accept a trader's sell offer, a QM needs to label a crate with the trader's name and fire it out the mass driver. Great, except:

a) QM doesn't start with a labeler
b) Some trader names are too long for the labeler.

Another thing, all of the QM selling ores are now useless, so if they won't ever have a use again, they should be removed.

a) empty/new crates can be named on purchase
