Some people you can't shave at all, you just get 'nothing to cut' even though there's a massive pompadour there. If you cut hair off it has a beard attached, but they still got their beard. Sometimes they still got their hair too, until they put a hat on and take it off again. Shaving the face removes beards correctly, but your sprite doesn't update until you put a mask on. Also: Putting severed hair on someone then cutting their head off makes the hair lose all colour. Also: Severed hair on a monkey doesn't adjust position to match the monkey's head.

Yeah, that's the new details system for ya. AFAIK Detail 1 is considered hair, Detail 2 is considered facial hair, and 3 is unremovable.
