No emergency oxygentank examine text

Not sure if this applies to alive people, but ghosts definitely don't get any examine text when examining an emergency oxygentank. Unless it's being possessed, in which case you see the full text, which is unfamiliar enough that I'm starting to wonder if I've ever actually seen it before.
