If sleepers become stasis pods, then move them into medbay. As things are currently, it's literally faster to shove someone into a cryotube than to put them in a sleeper, because they take the exact same set of actions but one of them is alllllll the way out in the lobby. The only reason they were out in the lobby to begin with was so non-doctors could potentially use them to treat each other without medbay access, but the only use for a stasis pod is to hold a dead man walking for a few seconds while you prep a calomel dose or wait for a cryotube to become unoccupied.
