I was reading this thread (http://forum.ss13.co/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4971) about suggested changes to the syndicate borg docking station and it made me wonder why the normal docking stations are so limited. The syndicate dock can make people into borgs with ease, so the technology is there; why can't the normal docking station do more?
Right now there is a lot of tedious fiddling with wrenches and screwdrivers and crowbars involved in trying to upgrade borgs. If the docking station can be used to replace modules and power cells, it should be able to handle the rest as well. It would be cool if you could load robotic parts (limbs and treads, chests, heads) into the docking station just like you can with clothes, power cells and modules, and use the docking station to install them on the borg inside. Maybe even make it so non-standard parts like synthetic or flesh limbs can be used by the borg docking stations if you have an upgrade.
