Clown Car Loses Air

I recently took a ride in the clown car. I accidentally drove into some plasma, then drove out, and barely made it to an oxygenated part of the station.
After that the clown car had no oxygen for me or my occupants, which is saddening because I just wanted to run a clown car taxi service.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Honk honk
2. Drive into plasma rich environment
3. Drive out of plasma rich environment
4. Accidentally kill somebody with lack of oygen

This is probably related to the same code that causes the Vaccuum Gods to possess gene scanners and other containers after about half an hour of having an occupant, which is probably more atmos bullshit.
