0-1 Telecrystals: Puzzling Prototype
A puzzling prototype is an item not yet ready for the big time as a traitor item or normal feature. It could be almost anything, at almost any level of mayhem potential, that exists as a puzzle or secret or just plain devious device in the code somewhere. For instance, something like the sloppy-looking hackjob of a device could fill this role - its uses are non obvious but relatively numerous, so maybe it could be available at little cost but with almost no explanation via the Syndicate.
