Detective's Records

This has been bugging me for a while and when it was mentioned in the last forum it was ignored but the detective's records don't log out. This makes it a bit of a pain when some shit-ass electrician hacks in and sets everyone to arrest.

There's also an option to back up records to disc but no way to put a disc into the computer.
