The CE gets his very own RCD in his room. He's also the only role without all-access who gets full access to QM, Mechanics, EVA, AND the Engineering storage room. The CE's solo building abilities are unrivaled.

Messing with pipes got a whole lot easier when I realized that the most important and exploitable pipes on the station, which do some pointless extra twists and turns in a dark maintenance shaft which doesn't have floor tiles, are already right next to the pipe dispensers.
