Construction gamemode not in the codebase?

I'm new to these forums and to goonstation in general but used to play a ton of baystation. I heard about the construction gamemode and wanted to try it out but it doesnt appear to be in the codebase downloaded from the link off the wiki? I would like to be able to host my own construction rounds.

The link in the wiki is a version of the codebase that is extremely old - about 4 or 5 years. Goonstation is closed source, sadly.
