Emitters don't charge field generators anymore

Hello,

as stated in the title, emitters don't seem to charge generators anymore. Not much of an issue, but it's sort of unfortunate for telescientists who go through all the trouble to scan and deploy the machinery. This bug is at least a couple of months old, but nobody has reported it here/in public so far. Changes have been made to the projectile code, so maybe this is the cause of the problem.

this is a travesty when you consider after 40 minutes of building a replica Singularity Generator our bloody shields didn't work

Thanks to Marquesas, this problem has been solved with the recent projectile code rewrite.
