Allow dead players to turn off deadchat
#1
Because sometimes you know you're going to only be dead for a little while, like when you're getting bored, and don't want the round inadvertently spoiled by excited ghosts narrating the movement of an antag.

Or sometimes when two angry dudes are yelling at each other, or spamming deadchat hoping the geneticist picks them up and gets around to cloning them, and you just want to see what's happening on the station without getting caught up in drama.

Or when someone's telling a long rambling story that takes up almost the entire chat window, and the only alternative is to tune out of the conversation and try to pick up useful info in between breaks, because yelling at him only encourages him.

Incidentally, the 'local chat' button doesn't actually turn off deadchat, despite people thinking it does.

Alt + TAB helps, I find. Windows + D also works.
