Improve Changeling and Vamp UI

Awhile back ago, the Wizard Spell page was changed to make it a lot easier to use. I think it's high time the same was applied towards Changeling and Vamp, considering they both have target powers like acid spit and glare.

Awhile back ago, the Wizard Spell page was changed to make it a lot easier to use. I think it's high time the same was applied towards Changeling and Vamp, considering they both have target powers like acid spit and glare.

I haven't played vamp in some time, but doesn't Changeling have a rather large amount of moves? Unless you're not talking about making it EXACTLY like the wiz UI.

I'm talking more making things easier to perform, doing away with pop up boxes that ask you who you want to target. A cleaned up powers page would be nice as well.
