A suggestion for angry HOS's/detectives.
Move the portable flashers to the wrestling ring for punishment fights.
First guy to knock the other guy down gets his freedom.

When I had a run-in with a flasher lately I also noticed that a lowered welding mask did not protect me from the flash, is that normal?
