Inspector's Short Coat

There is an annoying bug with the Inspectors Short Coat. Basically whenever you decide to activate the reward for it with any (Exo) Suit, it keeps the properties of it.
EX: If you use it with a straight jacket it becomes a most devious disguised straight jacket that looks like the short jacket. With the fire suit the same thing happens, it becomes the suit, but you still move slow with the fire resistance.
Maybe this is a feature, I guess.

Feature. This lets you make space suit coats and junk. It's purely a cosmetic re sprite
