Using wrench on valves still hits the valve

I saw in the changelog that it was actually somewhat recent that wrenches could activate valves, but they still display a red attack message whenever you do so. I guess this should not happen ?

Last I checked, they do activate the valve, but also attack it.

Granted, this was a few months ago, so it's entirely possible it's gotten broken since then.

Yes I did not say it didn't do it's intended valve activation job, but that it still whacks it and it's dumb
