Little microbomb idea, when implanted it should give you a prompt some last words with a 100 character limit or so. So, when someone dies they could get the last laugh with something witty, or just spam "HONK"
And for those of you who get 10 microbombs, you can obliterate people's chat boxes with a long-ass speech all said within .5 seconds, or just put the Irish declaration of independence or something.

Syndicate Blacksmithing Kit
Cost: 7-9 Crystals
Miner and QM only.
Lets you use smelted bars to make swords. You will need two bars of material, one for the blade, and one for the hilt. Reagents infused into the blade will not effect the wielder of the sword. Similarly, reagents infused into the hilt will not affect those hit by the sword.

I like the idea.
Maybe the hilt should add reagents to the user. You could build a supercool healing sword of death that makes you virtually unstoppable, but it would be cool.

Gimmicked Disc Bomb
Surplus Crate Item
Insert this disc into a computer, reset it, and walk away. Next time someone interacts with said computer, it will automatically boot from the disc which will then explode. This explosion damages the computer and the user. However, it must be interacted with in order to detonate.
Note you can't use this on computers that don't have a disc drive. So, no, you can't use it on the AI Upload computer.

Why not just sell poison bottles and other bad traitor gear for money at the syndicate shuttle (not the actual shuttle but the one on the same zlevel as the station)
I'm pretty certain you can go to the shuttle with a agent ID (although I'm not aware if this is very against the rules or not)
If you're enterprising enough to steal/gain enough cash to buy expensive items, and are willing to steal a spacesuit, then you can go crazy nuts buying guns and other horrid stuff, as much as you can carry.

Note I'm referring to traitors entering the syndicate base thing. Not regular crew. (it might still be against the rules but I don't know)
I think syndicates are the only ones who can use the teleporters, but a traitor with a syndicate ID can access the shuttle with the robot (which you can buy terrible things from) in it.
so basically I'm suggesting that scary bug robot should be able to sell poison bottles at an high price, and maybe other guns so the traitors can use it to smuggle weapons onto the station (if it isn't already against the rules for traitors to enter that ship/shuttle/thing)
I did it once ever as a traitor, and I didn't have access to the teleporter, I just refilled my jetpack and left to go steal the captains ID.

Your talking about the listening post. It is VERY legal to enter the listening post as a traitor....Why shouldn't it be? It not a syndicate nuke agent round if you roll a traitor so it isn't metagaming to go there.
But back to what your talking about....I would love if carl sold more traitor gear. I feel like the stuff he sells isn't really useful in the long run.If he had a whole huge list of traitor gear that you can buy for lots and lots of money then more people would go to the listening post and make it more of a traitor club where people meet up to talk bussiness and buy stuff from carl
