I think this must be new, because I haven't seen it before. When you use the appearance detail heterochromia right (which actually affects the left eye for some reason) you get this weird thing that when your character faces right, so their left side is visible, their off-color eye appears in the wrong place. Rather, you see the eye where it should be in its base color, and the heterochromatic eye color is on the side of your head.
Here's my character with green heterochromia right. The image on the right is the problem. The detail overlay is positioned wrong. It's in the same spot as when you face forward, instead of being shifted.
