Throw someone you have grabbed into a basketball hoop

Basically if you have someone grabbed by the neck and are not too far, you should be able to throw them into a hoop and leave them hanging there till someone pulls them down.

What if it was like a stationary cuffing and you had to resist your way out (which can't be interrupted), or someone can just activate the hoop to let you out instantly.

Better yet, if someone is standing next to a hoop and you're next to a person with a basketball in hand, you should be able to ferociously slam on them
