...but should be and has been.
- Examine people (that are not right next to the AI core itself)
- Interact with disposal chutes
- Perform emotes
- Use tools via hotkeys
This list is non-exhaustive and will probably be added to.
How to reproduce:
Be an AI and deploy to shell

Not an AI shell bug, but AI in general: If you disable power to the AI core (at least in my experience by disabling the main breaker), the AI core won't lose power.
Syndies set up a power sink one round and as AI I turned off the main breaker, which kept the APC from losing all of its charge and somehow didn't make the AI go into battery mode.

As a player who plays AI 75% of the time, I'd like to say the shell bugginess is very annoying. It would be a much more versatile tool if it had the functionality of a borg with limited items.

what's really bizarre is that there is no return to core command anymore, you have to cancel camera view? which is really weird because it won't make sense to first time AIs trying to use their shells. i mean i guess it's SLIGHTLY better than before where you had to cancel camera view and THEN return to core but not by much.
