Standard Cyborgs at Round Start
#1
The title essentially says it all. The purpose of light cyborg sets were for making faster cyborgs with a low resource cost. The downsides to this is that they look really weird AND they're really weak compared to Standard borgs.

In summary: Make Standard borgs the roundstart borgs for convenience and coolness. No good reason not to.

The primary purpose of Light Cyborgs is actually, I think, to nerf people who round-start as Borgs hoping to become rogue and be robust. It obviously isn't for saving material because that's never a problem for Roboticists.

Also as someone who plays round-start Borg a lot I prefer the light frame, it looks cooler and is faster.

Agreed.
As someone who also plays round-start borg I find the light frame sturdy enough to get into shenanigans with and also prefer not being painfully slow like the standard borg.
Plus, if a borg doesn't like its scrawny frame, then that's just more to do for the roboticists who tend to be pretty starved for work otherwise.

Idea: Have it be a 38% chance for someone to spawn as a standard Borg. Also, can we please have some more customization at spawn? Usually robotists don't take customization requests of borgs.

I remember the one time I painted a borg, and the ensuing ooh's and aah's as a result. Crimson red super borgs looks spectacular.

But yeah, a neat ass compromise would be an option at round start, or at least that percentile of a chance.

I love when I'm HoS and I'm borgged and put on the beret and have someone color me red. It looks so cool.

I'm still new, but as someone who is frequently a borg, I actually think this is a bad idea IMO. In exchange for getting all-access at the get go, you are stuck with a "standard" body. I consider this so-called standard stuff to be a bonus. Perhaps a simple re-wording of the parts is needed to make clear what's standard and what's bonus.
