This is for questionable ideas only, this is great. Abom is horribly underpowered and when I play ling it is something I absolutely hate doing.

Attaching an arm as a leg should automatically grab anything off the ground into your active hand. Or it gives an additional hand slot like the borgs

At the very least, "object pegleg" could be very fun. You could attach any item that can be an object arm, but all it does is give you a walk speed that is in between one and leg leg walk speed. With a chance of tripping.

(If you attach a gun leg, there could also be a 50% chance the gun fires when you trip)

honestly could be good for makeshift surgery if you really don't have any other options
it'd be nice if you could attach missing limbs while on top of a regular table instead of a full surgical table actually

Limbcritters but they can attatch, detatch, and reattatch themselves to/from their ling and people who are missing the right limbs. Attatching to a non-ling would give control of the limb over to a limbcritter but the limb would function better than a normal one, legs would be faster, hands could function simultaneously, eyes would see better and have abilities to highlight things for other limbs and the host to see, and buttcrabs could fart on no cooldown.

It'd have a lot of fun uses like replacing the crews limbs with evil ones, or having limbcritters get painted and assemble onto someone like power rangers, but I imagine this would be hard to code.

Long hair gets caught in things, requiring the spaceman to spend time untstucking it

If it gets caught in a tool you can still move around but it gets added to your sprite and does a tiny amount of brute

Power tools deal great amounts of brute when stuck, with saws causing bleeding. There is also a chance for it to rip off the hair, leaving you bald and dropping a wig item

Hair caught in doors (happens when closing a door next to spaceman in question with a small chance) renders them immobile until the door is opened or the hair is cut off; attempting to move causes them to go prone and take a small amount of brute. You can also put a held person with long hair's hair in the door to stuck them, very useful if they lack access to reopen the door!

Moving machinery deals immense brute and can kill the character if not quickly removed, large chance of balding the character but does not drop a wig item
