Firing guns in the air
#1
have you ever wanted to draw attention to you in a mildly wasteful manner amongst an endless crowd? why not do like the movies and shoot your gun upwards?

What?
well, it's fairly self-explanatory. firing your gun in the air would: remove a round, make a big message in chat with your name, firearm of choice and bold red text, alongside an eye-catching visual to draw attention to your position so people can gasp and point at the right person without having to fish a name out of a crowd.

Why?
holding out or even *raisehanding a firearm has a chance to just flat out go ignored until you're either awkwardly repeating yourself or waiting for someone to notice you're armed and scream "OH MY GOD THEY HAVE A GUN". firing your gun in the air would solve this obviously, by making it very apparent (and loud). or, you know, just doing it for the Rule Of Cool as the detective unloads their revolver into the ceiling and puts on a fresh new pair of sunglasses

How?
originally i thought something along the lines of using *raisehand with a gun in hand while being on harm intent, but that might cause some accidental misfires even though it's the best i could come up with

easter egg: doing this with a suppressed pistol does not work, making an even smaller than normal message in italic displayed only to the people directly adjacent to you, with the message saying something along the lines of "John General fires their suppressed pistol in the air like a dork! Isn't that thing meant to be silent?"

I think this would be interesting too, the handraise might be good enough and accidental misfires are fine, we have you literally shoot yourself with twirl on random chance.

Yeah add it to "*raisehand" (/ctrl+h) emote that'd be funny

give doing it have a 5% chance to put a 3x3 "bullet hole in glass" decal on the screen at your location as well as the usual. because you shot the 4th wall you reckless muppet.

This would be great, the closest thing we have so far is that pointing at people while holding a gun gives the target reticle but this would be even more dramatic!
