Increase viral protection on latex gloves

Currently (afaik) every single set of gloves grants 10% viral (disease, airborne) resistance... including fingerless gloves for some reason. I think it could be neat to grant the latex ones slightly higher maybe 20 or 25% resistance instead so they have some sort of niche since I can't think of a single benefit they have over black gloves, insuls etc.
