id really like if kudzu had more things to do. even as dollar store botanists there's not much they're really doing most of the time if not whacking people for cutting through the kudzu. maybe they could have extra things to build / ways to integrate further into the station and make it harder to remove

Let people set their kudzuperson abilities to keybinds like every other keybind in the game. I hate not being able to shift+click or something to place kudzu down.
I'm not sure if it's bugged or something but I've never managed to get keybinds to work for kudzuperson abilities. And if it turns out that's for balancing reasons that's just plain stupid but my guess is it's just something they never added.

I didn't hate the idea of kudzupeople being passive and non-antagonist unless aggressed by other players, but I guess turning them into basically zombies is cool too since you never see zombies during normal rounds.
If you make them antagonists though, as they are now they will probably get relentlessly bullied to death by players because they're incredibly weak to fire and so is the plant they need to stay inside in order to live. And they're really slow.

I wouldn't mind seeing kuduzpeople get a buff, with full antag status they be targetted basically instantly and vaporize. They're kind of just... shit. Slow, not a ton in the offense department, ZERO damage reduction due to not having clothes, no offense abilities besides the vine whip which I've never really seen to be useful in combat due to them, again, being so slow.
Not to mention the fact Jorj's pr a bit more than halves the current "infectivity" by causing every 2nd or sometimes third body to turn into one (Which should pull from ghosts honestly). I get the idea, I do. Go get a redsaw or csaber or shotgun etc and make your own lil army but..... again. They suck so bad. They are SO incredibly comically slow and a staffie with a fire extinguisher or multitool can quite easily take one down and the mere thought of a hos and/or NTSC existing is enough to vaporize one.

I'd reckon once we establish them to be true antags, we can buff their power level. The reason they were so shit was by and large because of the fact that they were kind of in a weird gray zone and if they were too strong people would self-antag. Now that it's an antag, it should probably grant the actual kudzu folks a lot more of a robust combat buff.

If kudzu people are true antagonists they absolutely have to pull from the ghost pool, not raise corpses.

Having it pull from ghosts and just spawn a pod near the center of the kudzu or smth would probably be a good change if they're made proper antags yeah. Would also make it so the kudzupeople are less likely to hold a grudge against the tot who placed the kudzu since they weren't the one who got killed to feed it which is something to consider
