Complaint Got told off for something I wasn't doing.

I was on 4 (Sylvester, around 10 PM PST on 10/24), got an admin PM from Mordent telling me off about "Cryo-ing at roundstart if I don't get antag". Which, I agree would be an issue if I was doing it regularly. But I'm not, and that's where I take issue with this. Cited in the admin PM was me saying LOOC that I was considering cryoing and playing a different character if I didn't get antag, and when I replied (because I was confused), they also cited when I cryo'd at roundstart as captain earlier in the game, and claimed "If I notice it, it's happening too much". So, the issue is, those incidents were entirely unrelated, and I hardly cryo at all, let alone at roundstart because I didn't get antag. When I cryo'd at roundstart as captain it was because I wasn't in the right headspace to play captain, and I forgot to lower it in my job preferences like I had been meaning to, so when I randomly rolled captain, rather than just forcing myself to sit through it, I announced over radio that I was cryo'ing, fixed my job prefs while observing, and did something else for the rest of the round. And the latter incident (mentioning in looc that I was considering cryoing if I didn't get antag) was a one off thing, the reasoning of which was that I was torn between playing one character to potentially do an antag gimmick as if I rolled it, or playing another character (I have like 14 characters on RP, I've had a couple antag gimmicks planned for one for a while, but otherwise prefer playing different characters on the map that was chosen for the round, so I was considering joining as one character for a chance to maybe be able to do the gimmick I had planned, but cryo, wait 10 minutes, and rejoin as a different character if not). Aside from that, I play on this server a ton, including several rounds today (the day all this happened), and I usually only cryo if something's happening in real life. Sorry for the format-less rambling, I just wanted to explain my side of things and clarify that, no, that isn't a thing I do regularly.

Antag Fishing: When you continuously log in at roundstart and then leave the round by suiciding/logging out if you are not an antagonist. Everyone has to log out near roundstart from time to time and that's fine, but if we notice that you are consistently logging out every round except when you are made an antagonist there's a problem. Antag fishing may lead to an antag ban.

The specific quote from you that had me message you was:

I'm happy to hear opinions of other admins, but readying up a certain character to see if you get antagonist and intending to, if not, jump straight into cryo and pick a different job falls pretty clearly under metagaming.

You did not do the thing, me messaging you is a note not to do that thing you said as it breaks our rules. Your intent can be whatever you like, we only have your actions to go on. You have not been banned, nor antag banned; me messaging you was to indicate that I had noticed it twice in the three or four rounds I connected to today, which is an anomaly and thus drew my attention.

I hope that clears it up on our side. Please be mindful of not just hopping into cryostorage/suiciding at roundstart if you're not an antag.

It came off in the moment like you were telling me off for something I didn't do, then claiming I did in fact do it when I replied. Thanks for clarifying though.

I do feel that wanting to do X as character Y if given the chance, play character Z if not doesn't seem that bad though
