Sort of like the opposite of space lube, instead of making things really slippery, it makes you incredibly.. stuck.

Small amounts could be used to bind paper, do clown craft projects, or "fix things"

large amounts could render crewmen unable to move until they break out of the glue, get people stuck to floor tiles for a small amount of time, and generally be used in mischievous ways.

e.g Put it on a wearable item, and the person who wears it can't remove it without space cleaner or perhaps acetone.

As for a chemical mix, Perhaps make it orderable from a vendomat in a tiny bottle, or add some kind of recipe for it.

Maybe some kind of Cyanoacrylate.

If you had different tiers of glues then a simple one could just be caramel made by heating sugar or raw space honey.

Janitors madly spraying everything might actually be welcomed versus having to slowly trudge over a sticky floor.

You should be able to glue items to the floor that cannot be picked up. Trying to pick something up should stop people for a short time (kinda like a stun but not). Laugh as people desperately try to pick up that energy gun on the floor while you hammer their head in with a fire extinguisher.

You can already do something like this, which is pretty fun. Buy a couple stealth storages, and use them on energy guns, then toss them around you. Laser people to death while they desperately try to figure out why the gun isn't working.
