Sound option for Medibot and similar things

As the titles says I would love to have an volume option for the voices of the medi bot I know you can straight up turn them of but that also turns of the robotic voice some admins use and today I missed some bits of that because I didn't even know they were using it, the voices are extremely loud and not matter what volume option you turn down they stay at the same volume which is also for some reason very random when it comes to that sometime sits normal loud and sometimes its like 10 clowns stand next to you with air horns. 
I asked if there is an option to turn down the volume via f3 and f1 but either people didn't know or said I can turn it of so I did because the medibots made me wanna go to medbay IRL for new ears. Don't know if other people have the same problem as me with that I think so but im not sure
