Issue
As the title says, trainee roles are tied to total rounds played, and not total rounds in the department.
Why this is an issue
Some newbees may have extensive experience in some departments, while completely lacking experience in others before being locked out of all trainee roles, Causing them to feel less welcome to go and try the jobs they where saving to a later date.
Suggestion to fix the issue
Make the trainee roles tied to department rounds played instead of total rounds played to prevent total lockout of all trainee roles. Doing this will make getting into jobs that have trainee roles that you would have been locked out of more easy to get into, as it would no longer be locked. I suggest splitting the 75 round Limit into a 20 round limit per department attached to the trainee roles. (ex. scientist trainee rounds would include scientist and RD while medical trainees would be just medical doctor and medical director included, not just trainees)
